As some parts of the encryption metadata will change, all files have to be re-encrypted again. This cannot happen on mobile due to limited storage/cpu.

Mobile: refuse to open version 1 Manual migration step only on desktop:

create new folder, which then is version 2
files are new encrypted (as they are freshly inserted)
