Create share with "note" #15

The existing endpoint to "/ocs/v2.php/apps/files_sharing/api/v1/shares"

should be enhanced with possibility to create it directly with "note" parameter.

This will be in NC24, so please do not yet merge it. Instead we currently need it "only" as a PR in ios communication library, Andrroid library and Desktop.
