Resolve problematic pattern/characters while downloading

On Client side:

• during download: when platform detects problematic pattern: inform user about it and allow to resolve it via renaming
• on automatic upload (e.g. scan upload): obey restricted patterns/characters (https://github.com/nextcloud/files-clients/wiki/Problematic-filename-pattern-characters) and do not use them
