UI improvement - Add owner of the lock on locked file #7

So that other users can contact the owner.

@jancborchardt the current way of displaying the lock has the issue that the icon is in the click target of the 3-dots menu, so showing a tooltip won't work. Any other ideas how we could do that?

Implemented by #12
