feature request : Hypothes.is integration to pdf.js viewer #129

I know we're still waiting on firefox pdf.js, but it would be cool to bring this as an optional add on to the nextcloud platform which also utilises this same library and would also be a way to integrate with this emerging technology based on an open standared increasingly used in the academic journals

Unfortunately I can't choose "files_pdfviewer" in the "Transfer this issue" dialog :/
