Menu still shows "share file/folder" even if disabled in NC settings #88

If sharing files is disabled in Nextcloud settings, right click menu still shows option for "Sharing". If clicked, nothing happens (which is correct), but can confuse users.

Debian 9.11
NC 17.0.0 installed from source code, production channel
PHP 7.3.11
MariaDB 10.1.41
Right click 0.15.1
