Transfer ownershop not working with < and > in the title of a form

Describe the bug The Transfer Ownership dialog doesn't show the complete text to enter to confirm when one uses < or > in the title of a form. The full title in the example is Evaluatie <naam training invullen> but the text in the dialog only shows Evaluatie.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Form Settings'
2. Click on 'Transfer ownership'
3. See truncated text at 'Type joho/Evaluatie to confirm'.

Expected behavior The complete title should be shown also with a < or a > in the title of the form.
