Drop zone highlighting is gone #452

Bug report

Steps to reproduce

  1. Drag an image over the photowall

Expected behaviour

The UI should indicate to the user that it accepts drag and drop

Actual behaviour

The UI does nothing

PHP version: 7.2

cloud server: Nextcloud

cloud version: 13.0.5

Updated from an older installation or fresh install: updated

Probably related to https://github.com/nextcloud/server/pull/9837 Not urgent
