I have Adblock Origin with the 'block large media elements' feature enabled. The regular behaviour with this features on all other websites is that the image is not loaded, and instead a red bordered box is loaded indicating that there is an image here. Clicking on the box loads the image.
With Next Cloud I get a notification with the following error:
Error! Could not generate a preview of this file. Please go to the next slide while we remove this image from the slideshow.
Took me an hour to debug it and find that the culprit was Adblock Origin.
Steps to reproduce block large media elements on websites enabled.
Install Adblock Origin
Enable 'Block large media elements' in settings
Load an image that is larger than the specified settings.
