Problem with co-administration group folders #2303

Problem: If you have several admins for parent group folder and one of them create a sub-folder and share permissions for new user, another admin of group folder can't cancel/change these permissions.

Solution: Make settings, which allows to all admins of parent group folder change all shared permissions without restrictions.

P.S. If this function already exists, please, tell me which fork/version got it. I'd like to try it.

I suspect this is down to how nextcloud does shares. I was looking for an option to share an object (file/folder) from a group to a user so a number of admins can change/manage the share. Unfortunately, this is not available or possible at the moment
