Replace broken REST API documentation with OpenAPI #3208

How to use GitHub

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The REST API documentation in the README is outdated since https://github.com/nextcloud/groupfolders/pull/3182 and the API was actually never usable due to CSRF requirements.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the outdated documentation and replace it with OpenAPI.
