[Proposal] support Clinical Growth Charts for children #99

It is recommended to provide the fuction of child growth chart. Mainly provide the height, weight and BMI of children.

Such as the charts in https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/data/set2clinical/set2color.pdf The data of the lines in those charts, which is named as data table, can be obtained from https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/clinical_charts.htm

Add it in Health app, or Create a new app? I vote add in Health.

With a baby coming, i would love to see this feature added into the app.
