Allow partial(folder based) imports #154

Sometimes users just want to import one or two folders from google drive. Here is a possible solution.

A user can provide a FolderId or a Folder Link and only that folder content will be imported in this case

Hello @SergeyMosin I'm sorry for the delay. This feature is out of scope of what we are trying to accomplish with this app. As such I'm sorry to have to close this PR.
