Marcus can you try with the version in TestFlight ?
sorry, i´m a german... what u meaning with "TestFlight"? The FlightMode?
ok, i have installed the app TestFlight - need now a invitation
it's automatic, touch the link and follow the instruction https://github.com/nextcloud/ios#testflight
ok, have installed the version 6.0.0.18, but get the same error :-(
these my steps: in nextcloud app cleared the cache, mark a folder as offline, turn the iPad FlightMode on, try to open the folder, get the error message "you are offline, please check internet connection"
@marcus7501 witch type of file it is ?
here my test structure: /documents/sommer-tour/files
i mark the whole folder "sommer-tour" to be 'offline available' and the folder contains more then 20 .jpg and .pdf files. but the error message comes earlier by try to opening the parental folder "documents"
mmm seems that the documents (folder) are not in database ... if you look inside the documents the files are in local ? ( green check )
yes, there is a green check at the folder and i have wait till all files are transfered, before i test. its may to be important... i try to open the offline-folder with the apple "Files"-app... with the "nextcloud"-app i can open the folders and all offline-files in FlightMode anymore. but before updating the nextcloud-app i can open the folders and offline files with the apple "Files"-app to.
you can open the file when is green ..
