Photos not synced IOS 18 #3192

Photos are not syncing to Nextcloud on iOS 18. All options for auto-upload are enabled, and the Nextcloud app is installed and configured. The app has all necessary permissions, and it is running in the background when photos are taken.

I have disabled the option Download Only Favorites, and I think the photos are coming in now.
