Hey Marcel and hello from the other side!

Here's the pr. Like we discussed I still haven't gotten ex apps working so this pr has not been tested and is bound to include a bug or two.

This pr:

Adds NeuralBeagle 14 7b
Adds model specific prompt templates
Adds model specific stop strings/tokens
Adds model specific token limits
