[Bug]: Show Details in Logging Not working since v.29 upgrade

Bug description

I was excited to see the pop-up window of detail in v.28 of Nextcloud using the Show Details option for a logged event. But I have migrated both a test server and production server to v.29 and it seems the pop-up for Show Details does nothing now.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Administration Setting
Go to the Logging menu
Select any event in the log and go to the menu on the right
Select the Show Details option
Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Previously there was a pop-up window with all of the detail of the log for the event.
