Why deleting a user does not delete the user entry in the users table? #79

In the documentation we mention that when deleting a user

The server will still keep the cloud id in order to properly propagate this. But all other personal data will be removed.

In my opinion, this sentence could be clarified: propagate to what? Does it still make sense in a Global Scale deployment?

I think @schiessle was talking about replication. Then I am not even sure it does anything right now.

If replication is a used feature, we should improve this and mark the account as deleted while keeping the entry so that the deletion is propagated. If replication is known for not being use, we can delete the account
