Send attachments and Windows Mail

Steps to reproduce

1. Open NC, write a message
2. Test.txt Тест.txt (latin & cyrillic names)
3. Send email
4. Open Windows Mail app
5. Go to INBOX
6. Open this message
7. See only one attachment

8. ---

9. Go to other app (NC, Roundcube, Aplle mail, Gmail)
10. Open that message there
11. You will see 2 attachments.

Expected behavior

Both attachments

Test.txt Тест.txt

must be in windows Mail

Actual behavior

Attachments with Cyrillic symbols (sent from NC Mail) not shown, Shown only, if Attachment Name contains only Latin symbols
