Toggling subscribed mailboxes refreshes envelope list #8727

Steps to reproduce

Open the app
Add an account
Open the account actions
Toggle Show only subscribed mailboxes

Expected behavior

The envelopes of the currently open mailbox stay still

Actual behavior

The envelope list of the currently open mailbox reloads

Same thing happens when I change the trashbin retention time. The message list in the background refreshes. cc @st3iny
