Problematic email rendering (font and background color)

Steps to reproduce

1. Using Nextcloud mail.
2. This email looks like this, has been an issue for years and not only from the sender.

Expected behavior

In Google mail it looks like this.

Actual behavior

It just not right, even Snappy mail it looks right.

Do you have a non-sensitive email you could export as .eml, rename to .txt and upload here?

Any news oh this, emails are impossible to read! This email is from Nextcloud community, and I can't read it.
