[Bug]: `Create share link` box has no effect in shared custom map

Bug description

Create share link box has no effect in shared custom map. The Create share link button can create a better list view of all the favorite points, so people no longer need to click on every single point one by one to find the right favorite point.

Steps to reproduce

In Default map in My maps, create favorites points.
Use Add Map + sign in My maps to create a new custom map, name new custom map
In Default map, use the Copy to map button in the favorite category 3-dot menu to share the favorites to new custom map
Click 3-dot in new custom map and then click Share, and the share menu popped up. Click the + sign beside Share link, and then the + sign changed to 3-dot. Click on that 3-dot and click Copy link to map to get the shared link of the new custom map.
Open other browser and paste the link in it. There is a Create share link button in 3-dot next to the favorite category but it has no effect.

Expected behavior

Create share link create a share link of a favorite category, which list out all the points one by one very clearly

Create share link button has no effect as described above, so users only having the shared custom map link cannot generate the list view of the favorite category.

The list view generated by Create share link from Default map favoirte category, generated by the map maker.
