This sounds like a quite edge case in my opinion. We shouldn't overact with available options because every new option will make it harder to see the actually important actions which are available.
Since the stored feeds are mainly text content, i don't think that the benefit (from the point of a user, as well of the maintenance effort for the developers) are justifying this request.
I do have some full-text RSS feeds where all the content is already provided via RSS so that I don't need their corresponding websites downloaded (fefes blog, netzpolitik.org, etc.).
It would be awesome if you could blacklist certain feeds from the "Offline Reading Caching".
