Add tutorials section #149

I can never find our nice tutorials and there is no search field, so I end up using a search engine or scrolling through months of news.

I think it would be beneficial to have a tutorials section on the website.

I recommend that the tutorials should be inside of the documention.

I will upload a photo with a website structure that we are going to make, and of course I will need the your help to see if everything makes sense.

Thanks!

I'd like it to be easier to find, but our top menu is large enough. Maybe it should be an additional box on the main page. We'll see.

I dont understand this part.

Navigate to the Homepage in the link above, and you can see that I already changed the structure of the menu for having sub-menus.

I will post a diagram with the tree of the structure (just need that my iPad charge up)

Cool about the sub-menus.

The boxes I'm talking about are the 3 zones below "Why Nextcloud", but looking at your picture, it would probably look out of place...

Tate a look at this. I will add tutorials under documentation. Sugestions are welcome.

I couldn't find "Documentation" last night and I still can't ;)

Espina2 commented 8 years ago

You have right I didn't see the diagram after the conference. At some point we changed the menu from "Developers" to "Get involved" and can't be inside of "Get involved". Where you should think it can be documentation?

oparoz commented 8 years ago

I would add support as a top menu-entry and it would include documentation and tutorials + links to forum, enterprise, etc.

I would also change "demo" to "try it!". It would redirect to a page which includes a link to the demo and some links to the VM, docker, snaps and at the bottom there could be a list of tutorials as well.

It makes sense, Im just a bit afraid of doesnt have visible the at the top menu enterprise. But makes sense for me.
