experiencing a lot of 500 errors with help.nextcloud.com... #1613

... which makes working with the forum a pain in the neck.

pls check logs for more details and solve the problem

I checked with the developer tools, I get a few 500 errors: image

These png are just empty avatars, why are there different images for the same thing and if you load them in a new tab, it takes ages to load! And this is static content. And if you can load them the 90.png, it takes 9s!

And the font gives a 404: image

@nextcloud/infrastructure are you guys the right people to contact?

The error 500 are gone, and for most people it is much faster again. There remain a few issues with the fonts, and some problems with people from overseas. We us a separate issue for that.
