That should of course not happen. ;) And that’s what needs to be fixed.
In mobile is not a good pratice to use popups for example if you are scrolling down in a popup you scroll down the page itself to.
What I suggest it to transform that in overlay that cover the whole screen. Put the selectors on top for more easy change of tab, and remove some of the sub-paragraphs in the titles. The X close button should be big to. I can design a proper mockup, but I want to know if you guys agree with me.
