Docker Synology container in Perpetual Initializing Mode

The logs returned NC init, so its likely not ncp actually but how I am configuring the reverse proxy on the Synology unit. I have correctly mapped the subdomain and reverse proxy ports, while I am able to get to the config page and the Nextcloud page, it shows up a perpetually in initialization. Any ideas of what else I need to do?
