BotFather is an open source Telegram bot making framework, used to create a Nextcloudpi_bot

• Nextcloudpi_bot token sent to admins
• Allows extensive customization, so far I see a major benefit from in-line queries

The idea for users to ask this bot in order to be linked to documentation and the forum in channel, but responses are still just between them and the bot rather than the channel. Could use assistance in learning how this works; see admin post for links to the extensive documentation.
