Fix broken curl installer #1917

Adds resolvconf to the dnsmasq installation, which should be enough to fix issue #1911 where the installer breaks just after installing dnsmasq.

Upon further discussion this does not infact resolve the issue in general, only for Raspberry Pi OS.
