Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently Obtanium does not work to procure this app as there is no suitable release outside of fdroid or gplay. Many people are unhappy with fdroids policies and use Obtanium or other means to get apps.

Describe the solution you'd like

Release an apk along with the source code on the releases page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Only alternative is fdroid

I too would like a GitHub APK release of NextCloud Notes Android app. I run Graphene OS without Google and don't trust Fdoid.
