Background update doesn't seem to be working

• [X] The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

1. Update a note in Nextcloud Notes app
2. Wait 15 minutes or more
3. Check note displayed in widget on phone
4. Note is not updated

Expected behavior

Expect that note has been updated. If Notes app is opened on the phone, then sync happens and note gets updated. "Background synchronization" option is enabled in app Settings. App is configured with Battery Unrestricted.
