Cannot use notes because it will not link to my account #2450

This pops up when I try to login to notes. What do I need to do? Thanks!

Do you have the notes app installed on the server?

Just on my phone. How do I install it to the server?

You can enable the "Notes" app as an admin from your apps management in the web interface.

I'm sorry I do not understand. I read the article, but I did not understand much of what it said. Is Nextcloud Drive the same thing as Nextcloud server? If not, how do I install the server? For that matter, what is a server? I am not very bright when it come to setting up open source type software. :) Thanks!
