Add functional third party apps to wiki / readme #1061

I have spent some time trying to find a markdown editor that works well with Nextcloud Notes. Marktext seems to give good results. Why not add some well-functioning editors to the wiki? I tried to edit it myself, but it doesn't seem to be publicly editable.

Marktext is available for Linux, Mac and Windows: https://github.com/marktext/marktext

There is no point in listing each and every markdown editor in the wiki, because every text editor (there are thousands) is capable of editing markdown and implicitly compatible with Nextcloud Notes. I believe everyone is able to google for "markdown editor" - Except Atlassian Confluence and WikiMedia literally everyone supports GitHub Flavored Markdown / CommonMark.

The wiki should only list 3rd party apps which integrate with the REST API.

It depends on whether one wants NC to be for IT enthusiasts only, or also for people who don't know what markdown is and don't care. I think many just want a WYSIWYG editor that works with notes. And even I - not entirely inexperienced in this field - had to invest some time in finding an editor that is capable of doing what the notes app does.

It's not the point to list any text editor, but those editors that can open the notes-folder structure in the sidebar and have a decent WYSIWYG funcionality like the web version of NC Notes does.

I recommend adding Zettlr as a compatible (no API integration) open source multi-platform MD app with folder structure that is visually appealing, easy to use, has a powerful feature set, and is very high quality (stable & not buggy). https://www.zettlr.com/

It's been working well with Nextcloud Notes and I also use it with files that are on SMB network shares and stored on other cloud file sharing apps. The simplicity and flexibility is an asset.
