Description:
Currently, the NextCloud Notes app displays the content of README files from the Files app when navigating to the "Notes" directory. While this behavior may be intentional, it would be beneficial to have an option to ignore or hide these README files in the Notes app, as they are not conventional "Notes" like the other documents stored in the directory.
Proposal:
Introduce a configuration option or setting within the Notes app that allows users to choose whether to display or hide README files located in the "Notes" directory.
Benefits:
Enhanced Organization: Users who use README files for directory descriptions can maintain a cleaner and more focused view within the Notes app.
User Customization: Providing an option allows users to tailor their experience based on individual preferences and use cases.
Offer of Assistance:
If the development team is open to this enhancement but currently occupied with other tasks, we would be willing to provide assistance in implementing this feature.
