This is a collection of design fixes that need to be done for the updated design in Hub 9 / Nextcloud 30.

[ ] Make sure to bump the vue components and adjust border radius/clickable area
[x] icons wrongly aligned

@luka-nextcloud I pushed my changes in https://github.com/nextcloud/notes/pull/1318 only checking for usages of 44px as a clickable height would be left.
