I have the same problem. Checked on versions of Nextcloud: 25, 26, 26 and officeonline versions: 1.1.4 - 2.0.2 If I enable the application, Nextcloud becomes very slow and the settings does not open with a "504 Gateway Time-out error". If I turn it off everything is ok.

Maybe, you did find how to solve the problem?

I found the cause of the problem This happens if your officeonline server is not available at the moment, Nextcloud is trying to access it, but get connection timeout.

I solved it by deleting app settings occ config:app:delete officeonline wopi_url After that I turned application on and everything is OK.
