Online editor is not available (file is downloaded instead of opening in online editor)

Office Online server is reachable on settings page, but nothing happens when try to open file - file is just downloaded and no option "View" in file menu.

Expected behavior Online Editor should be opened when click on file

I have faced the same problem with Nextcloud 29.0.2 and Office Online version 2.2.1, can you please fix this?
