Support user CA certificates #65

This PR will make passman also respect the use- imported CA certificates, not only the system certificates. Details see https://developer.android.com/training/articles/security-config#CleartextTrafficPermitted. "Fix" inspired by DAVdroid. Fixes #25.

Please get this enhanced in, so I can finally use passman on my phone with my self signed certificated.

feature was already added with the last release https://github.com/nextcloud/passman-android/releases/tag/v1.0.0 would be nice if you could test it :)
