Keepass importer "broken" #258

Not passman fault. Keepass2 changed the way it exports CSV, no options available and folders and other data is lost. Could this be updated to use keepass2 XML format?

In 2.1.1 we have a generic csv importer. But if you can supply an xml example with some example fields (username, password, email, tags, folder structure, custom fields, more = better), then we can look if we can make a proper importer.

I have created a sample file test_vault.zip

But maybe a custom one created by you would be easier to follow.

I found that the lastpass export had a lot of crap (wifi passwords) at the end of the file
