Re-opened: Long Waiting Time when looking for a name/mailadress to share a poll with

What went wrong, what did you observe?

Reopening of https://github.com/nextcloud/polls/issues/3366

Problem still exists. The Time searching for a name, when sharing a poll can take up to over 2min, it differs greatly from the duration, searching a name when sharing a file.
