Are you using the built-in imaginary preview provider of AIO?
this was built-in, clean instal - first start.
I use now instead latest
image this one: nextcloud/all-in-one:20240201_120631-latest
and it works without any issues

The OP is using an older image, so the issue isn't resolved. Its being tracked here: https://github.com/nextcloud/all-in-one/issues/4239

Fresh installation of Nextcloud AIO and some default and all new photos (photos and memories app) in preview showed as negative, when i download it they are fine…
