Not sure if it's the same issue, but when I enable the app, my whole Nextcloud literally becomes unresponsive, and the only solution is to run occ app:disable richdocuments
.
I am experiencing the same problem after the last update.
Hi, same problem on my side. Have to disable the extension to make the server OK. :/
I removed the v6.2.0 and re-installed the v6.1.1: there is the same problem
I am not sure why but activating richdocuments and richdocumentscore_arm64 and then configuring it via terminal has resolved my issue.
sudo -u www-data php occ config:app:set --value https://domain.com/apps/richdocumentscode_arm64/proxy.php?req= richdocuments wopi_url
sudo -u www-data php occ richdocuments:activate-config
Describe the bug When I enable the extension every 3-5 minutes the mariadb server gets flooded with about 150 requests at which it hits the process limit, increasing the limit does not help. During the time the whole application becomes unresponsive.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior It shouldnt flood the mariadb server
