Steps to reproduce

Create NextCloud
Create user
Send welcome e-mail

Expected behaviour

"User, welcome to your account"

Actual behaviour

"Nextcloud, welcome to your account"
The buttons in down of page have visual defect on Cyrillic

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
