How to use GitHub

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I dont like how E2EE-enabled folders are constantly visually differentiated / highlighted on web:

Screenshot_1

I also dont feel the phrase "you dont have permission to upload or create files" is appropriate for a server admin/owner to display. Moreoever, Im not able to delete the E2EE folder as a whole but I can remove files individually.

Describe the solution you'd like

You can modify the source code to remove the highlight on E2EE folders if you don't like it. I don't personally feel that needs to be changed.

I shouldve specified I dont see any reason why E2EE folders should be highlighted. If anything, they should appear hidden/at the bottom as their content cannot be viewed through web app (although I dont suggest that). Highlighting suggests importance but I dont see it.

As this sounds like a nice feature, the requests for this are quite low. Currently there are no plans to implement such a feature. Thus I will close this ticket for now. This does not mean we don't want this feature, but it is simply not on our roadmap for the near future. If somebody wants to implement this feature nevertheless we are happy to assist and help out.If you wish to have this feature implemented by the Nextcloud GmbH there is the option for consulting work on top of your Nextcloud Enterprise subscription to get your features implemented.
