Setting uneven Quota

Steps to reproduce

1. Open User management
2. Set quota to: 2a. 1500 GB 2b. 1,5 TB 2c. 1100 GB 2d. 1,1 TB 2e. 1024 GB 2f. 1024 TB

Expected behaviour

Quota is: 2a. 1500 GB / 1,5 TB 2b. 1,5 TB 2c. 1100 GB / 1,1 TB 2d. 1,1 TB 2e. 1024 GB 2f. 1024 TB

Actual behaviour

2a. unlimited quota (+∞) 2b. unlimited quota (+∞) 2c. unlimited quota (+∞) 2d. unlimited quota (+∞) 2e. 1 TB (- 24 GB) 2f. 1024 TB (✔)
