Steps to reproduce

Login to Nextcloud instance.
Check notification icon in top right corner. Acknowledge any waiting notifications.
Refresh page to check notification icon again.

Expected behaviour

Notification icon should show just the bell without red dot if there are no new notifications waiting to be acknowledged.

Actual behaviour

Notification icon shows red dot (notifications-new.svg) indicating there are new notifications. When this is clicked to view notifications, "No notifications" is shown. Icon then assumes proper state without red dot (notifications.svg). Upon refreshing the page, icon again shows red dot (notifications-new.svg).
