[Bug]: UX Right click context menu is missing a "Open in new tab"

Bug description

I have received two independent complaints from users that they thought that is impossible to open a file in a new tab in Nextcloud. You can actually do it with a middle or ctrl click, but it seems many users don't know the trick.

Since Nextcloud takes over the right-click menu, I believe it should include an Option to open in a new tab as well.

the NC files should behave like finder on macbook = open the file with the respective app in a new tab, to allow opening multiple files without coping the tab before opening the file. using href .... target="_blank"
