[Bug]: Share actions for links are not accessible with long label names

Bug description

When a public share of a file/folder has a label attached and the screen is narrow enough, it can overlap the actions menu and make it impossible to change the link via web frontend anymore (without hacks like browser window resizing).

Steps to reproduce

1. Open files app and share a file via (externa) link
2. Add a (lengthy) label to the share
3. Save the share and open the share settings again (if closed)
4. Make the screen (body) narrow enough by resizing window

Expected behavior

The action buttons are always visible and the label is abbreviated/ellipsised
