Drag and drop to tag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Difficulty to use tags, they are very difficult to access. Sometimes you need to open 3 menus in order to assign a tag and they are difficult to find for new users. There are also very different ways to assign tags in different apps.

Describe the solution you'd like On the side panel, drag and drop the current selection on the things you want to tag on the tag

Describe alternatives you've considered This prevents from having lots of tags but makes it intuitive and easy to tag

cc @skjnldsv for the reworked drag-and-drop handling. Is this already included or something for possibly later?

Tags are not rendered on the side, would be a feature enhancement (if we actually want this)
