[Bug]: Settings for user administration are not saved

Bug description

Every time I change something in the user administration settings, these settings are reset the next time I log in.

Steps to reproduce

1. call up the user administration settings
2. make settings for "Visibility
3. close browser / switch off PC / etc.
4. call up settings for user administration

Expected behavior

The settings should be saved

Reproduced. I agree these should be saved in between sessions. I'm actually not sure if that was the prior behavior or if it's always been this way. I haven't paid enough attention when I've adjusted them in the past. :-)
